Renting Apartment During Recession

Are you currently renting an apartment? If so it would be wise to continue to rent an apartment while the economy continues to have its ups and downs with interest rates, employment, and inflation. When you're renting an apartment you aren't;

• Locked in a mortgage
• Trying to sell your place
• Trying to buy a place

So not being involved with any of the things listed above you will only have to concern yourself during a recession with;

• Rent Application
• Security Deposit
• Short-term or annual lease

In conclusion continue to rent an apartment if that's what you're currently doing unless you have a stable job and can handle the higher interest rates or can pay cash during these sporadic economic times we're all experiencing with interest rates, employment and inflation.
