When preparing to search for another apartment, make sure you keep in mind how many vehicles you will have to register with the apartment complex. Majority of apartment complexes have a 2 vehicle limit rule, so if you have more than 2, then most require special approval, which may require possibly a extra parking fee. Key here is to just get this information before you sign the lease, and that way you will know in advance if it's really worth to rent the unit with these restrictions and possibly more fees.
