Paying Rent On Time

Majority of us from time to time might slip, and pay a bill late, outside the grace period, but doing this with an apartment you rent gets recorded in your renter file. Best thing to do is to avoid paying rent outside your grace period, and if you end up paying rent late, ask your apartment manager to print out your file on your payment history, so you can get a full view of the late months. Doing this will prepare you so when you use this apartment complex as a reference, you will be able to at least know what they will release to your new apartment complex.
