Hi Everyone!

When signing your lease make sure you understand the rules the landlord has for your tenant repair responsibilities. Knowing what the landlord will repair before you sign the lease, will save issues from arising after you move in if you sign the inventory and condition form saying all was okay. Things can happen after you move in with repairs, and knowing your tenant responsibilities along with your landlords can help eliminate unnecessary repair issues from developing.
