Knowing these key issues can prevent you from damaging your credit even more, when the apartment complexes run your credit, because you can just skip to just the apartments that will allow a second chance with possible conditions for rentry into their community of apartments, versus thinking all the apartments you like will automatically approve you, which in reality will leave you with just hard inquiries on your credit lasting for 2 years if you're not approved.
